问:
I need your assistance in one matter.
Our production support Manager Mr. X informed me that he often has problems to send mails to SHENZHEN Office even if we are sure that the addresses are correct. Our IT people can't find a problem on our side so maybe you can help us to find the reason.
Below you will find the original mail with the error message may you can help us to find out what's the meaning of the error message.

Hontonet email server have setup anti-spam and have rule as
following
1 when spammer send wrong email address , eg abcde@xxx.com and if abcde@xxx.com is not exist, this email will be reject by server
and sender's ip address will be recorded by server.
2 when recorded ip address send email to Hontonet later, if send to less than 5 email address, this email will be pass.But if send to more than 5 people(include 5), email will be rejected automatically.
3 recorded spam ip address will be refresh per 3 days, during this period if that ip address do not send wrong email address, will be removed automatically from server spam ip list.
4 Ip not in server spam ip list can send to any number of receipt
5 wrong email address mean any email address in receipt list, eg you send an email have 7 receipt to xxx.com, any wrong xxx.com in receipt will cause whole email be rejected and your ip address add in server spam ip list.
maybe somebody send wrong xxx.com address to Hontonet server and than ip have be record by server, and you send an email have more than 5 receipt.So this email have be rejected.
Now I have add xxx.de,xxx.de,xxx.com.hk to white list, email send from that address will not be reject even send to more than 5 receipt or wrong email address.
If you have other domain need add in white list, please let me know.
