Some of my vendor in mainland china sent email to me but failed, pls check the reason.

About xxx" <xxx@xxx.com.cn> can not receive vendor's email

I have check your email system and have information as below

1 now Shenzhen office is still using Exchange Email server in HongKong (server name xxx--192.168.101.10)

2 xxx.com.cn email receiver address(MX mail.xxx.com.cn) have been change from Beijing to Germany ip address 193.0.248.148, this is email server of German office which running Postfix emailserver software

3 when people in Shenzhen office sending email to outside , that email send as below Shenzhen office pc -> Hongkong Email server -> Germany office email server -> outside address

4 when outside people send email to xxx.com.cn, as below outside -> Germany office email server -> Hongkong email server -> Shenzhen office pc

So as description above , outside people send email to xxx.com.cn will first goto Germany email server, then forward to Hongkong server then people receive email from hongkong server, because China <-> Germany internet speed if not same fast and stable as send between china's two address, sometime maybe internet connection between China and Germany have problem for a short time cause email fail send to Germany.

Another reason maybe because Germany server have some problem cause that server can not receive email , Because China and Germany is not same time, Maybe vender in china send email to germany is not working time in Germany, So if this not work time Germany email server have problem,nobody know and nobody fix that problem, cause email send to xxx.com.cn at that time period will not deliver successfully.

People in Shenzhen will continue to see if that problem happen again, espically when people send some big email to check how long to take to got that big email or if  that email just can not received.

這個是對方郵件系統的功能變數名稱。應該是對方的郵件伺服器出問題了，上次我記得我這邊發現很多xxx.com發到伺服器的病毒郵件。

回答：
有時候會有某些郵件主題有怪字元導致webmail無法顯示，這時候用outlook把伺服器上郵件收下就可以了，或者在設置webmail語言的時候都設置爲英文也可以避免這個現象。我改變了XXX webmail中的設定爲英語現在可以進入了。
